But as the years went on, he felt a pull towards something new: the world of sales and marketing.

He jumped in with both feet at Snap-on Tools. Starting off managing a store, he quickly climbed the ranks and became one of their top sellers. But 2020, a challenging year for many, made him rethink his direction. Teaming up with his buddy Eric Berry, they launched Rocket Digital Marketing LLC. Their goal? Help small and medium businesses shine, especially when up against big companies.

What makes Rocket Digital Marketing stand out? It's Randall and Eric's personal touch. They’ve been in the shoes of small business owners and understand their hurdles. They offer everything from website design to marketing strategies, always aiming to give the best without breaking the bank.

Outside of work, Randall is a big football fan and has a knack for fixing things, a skill he's proud of in today's buy-and-replace culture. Living by the words of Zig Ziglar, "When you help enough people get what they want, you will get what you want," Randall is all about lifting others up, ensuring local businesses get their moment in the limelight.

Eric Berry

From his early days on MySpace to his deep-rooted experience in the automotive industry, Eric Berry has always been at the forefront of entrepreneurship and innovation. With a lifelong passion for cars, Eric not only immersed himself in the automotive realm but even ran his own shop for nearly a decade, giving him firsthand knowledge of the challenges and triumphs that come with owning a business.

Holding a bachelor's degree in business marketing, Eric's knack for connecting with people and understanding market trends was evident. This prowess led him to work in the sales domain for major companies like Autozone, US Foods, Opus IVS, and Outsell. But it wasn’t just his corporate experience that honed his skills; Eric’s most significant learnings came from selling the most challenging product: himself.

In 2020, alongside his good friend Randall Gross, he co-founded Rocket Digital Marketing LLC.
